Can I Connect A Garden Hose To My Washing Machine Pipe?




My washing is outside in the shed and i want tohave a garden hose would i be able to get a connecter for the cold feed pipe and then attach a hose would it be ok thanks

    Yes. You can buy a connector that is “Y” shaped and has a shut-off for each side. These are made to connect to outside faucets. As noted, don’t use the outside hose while doing the wash as it will restrict the flow to the washing machine.

    Yup, make sure you have washer’s (those little rubber rings) inside the connectors on both ends.
