Fruit In Puerto Rico Called Corazon?

There is a fruit in Puerto Rico called Corazon that grows on a tall tree.
Does anyone know what it is called in English or by some wild chance what the scientific name of the plant is?
I am trying to get more information about this fruit and am finding it impossible!

Custard Apple (Cachiman, Corazon, Jamaican Apple, Snat Apple, Tjé-Bef)
The fruit of the custard apple is heart-shaped with a thin skin that has a pinkish tinge when ripe. The pulp of the fruit is sweet, with a custard-like consistency, and is either eaten plain or used in making ices or fruit drinks.
