		<description>Rake the ones you can out of the soil.  After that you will want to either replace the top inch of soil with something more acceptable.  Or you may want to till (rent a tiller)the ground and hope mixing the topsoil with deeper dirt dilutes it enough</description>

		<description>I&#039;m in the process of doing the exact same thing. The easiest way I&#039;ve found is just a rake. Not a springy leaf rake, but a ridgid garden rake. 
It sucks, it takes forever, and its back breaking, but really I think its the only way. Use a snow shovel to rake the rocks into.</description>
