I am 16 and I play soccer and crew competetively. I am constantly excercising and I play sports about everyday. I excercise much more than a lot of my friends and yet they are much skinnier than me. I have a lot of excess fat in my lower ab area and around my body. what is the best plan to fix this?

    I would ask your doctor about this for the best possible results. You still have the potential to grow (into your skin – as someone might say), so you might not want to take any drastic measures at this point in time.
    Your doctor can look at your family history of height, weight, family tree and other features about yourself and this extra weight may eventually decrease as you gain the height/size you are meant to be. Good Luck.

    sit ups and push ups that works for me and if you eat alot of fat cut down unless you lose too much weight
