What Would You Pay For This House?? Double-storey, 3 And A Half Bedrooms, Etc.?
![]() |
What would you pay for a home that is brick and on a concrete slab, has three large bedrooms, two have offices and another has a balcony. A medium sized kitchen, a large living and dining room, a large family room with backdoor entry. It is on a large block with a medium sized garage, three garden sheds and a sealed off side area. There is also a undercover carport at the front of the house. There is just one bathroom, but plenty of space in the family room to add one on.
It is in a country style town with under 2000 people, but has schools, police station, shops and parks within walking distance. It is just half an hour away from a major Brisbane, Australia city.

a maximum of 230,000, that one bathroom thing kind of gets to me, I mean with 3 bedrooms I think there should be at least two bathrooms, that said the house seems ideal for an average sized family willing to put some work into it
AU$180,000.00 I am not comfortable with just 1 common bathroom.
